WHOLESALE
WHOLESALE: Little Miss Diva Shop can provide wholesale products for your store.
Our wholesale discount is 30% with a minimum purchase of $100. You must fill out a wholesale application for a special code to be used with your order.
All of our products currently are available for wholesale.
YOUR BUSINESS:You must do business under your own name but must leave our tags on the products. You may sell in a store, in your online store or at a booth. All merchandise is subject to inspection at any time to ensure that our tags are still on them.
ORDER:Minimum is $100 retail value before the wholesale discount. One order required annually to retain wholesale status. All sales are final. Returns are available for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with like items. Products will have a small label on it that says Little Miss Diva Shop..
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not currently sell internationally.
ORGANIZATIONS:Non-Profit: We are happy to sell at these wholesale prices to you as well. Please provide your 501c3 number.
BUSINESS NAME: Little Miss Diva Shop logo and name is trademarked and not available for use by wholesale buyers. You may use the phrase “AUTHORIZED Little Miss Diva RETAILER” on your site. You must do business under your own business name and business license.
WEBSITES: If approved for wholesale buying you may add the products to your website store. You have permission to take the product photo plus the short 2-3 sentence description of the product. You may not copy our product pages. Google bans duplicate content sites. So it is important to write your own content and info about the product in your own words. Make sure to give your opinion and review of each product you are carrying.
INVENTORY SAMPLES: I suggest starting with 12-24 products that you will carry in stock.
BUSINESS:If you are a new or existing business and would like to buy Little Miss Diva Shop products at wholesale (30% off retail) and meet the following requirements please apply below.
WHOLESALE TERMS:
1. Online sales must be at suggested retail or higher.
2. Selling on ebay below retail is not allowed.
3. Selling Little Miss Diva Shop products along side “adult” products/site is not allowed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Business Name/License
2. Tax Reseller Number, non-profit number or EIN#
3. $100 retail value before wholesale discount each order
4. Must make at least one purchase annually to retain wholesale status.
