This frog hairbow holder is discounted due to slight imperfections. The eye on the left is scratched or has something on it. You may be able to remove it with a little goo gone. There are also some imperfections on the ribbon. There is a little strip of paint (really not noticeable) and a part of the ribbon is curved in. All of these things would be hidden with bows and no one would notice!!
