We love custom orders! Contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We can usually complete a custom order in 1 day! When will my order ship? TOP
All items listed in our store are currently in stock! This means they ship today!! If you choose a custom order, we can usually ship in 48 hours! How are the bows constructed? TOP
We hand sew each bow and then add a drop of hot glue to ensure they are not going to fall apart! We heat seal all ends of the bow, this includes the ends that you see and the ends that you don't see! No detail goes unnoticed. If we aren't happy when we make it, it doesn't get sold. What kind of clips are available? TOP
We offer several types of clips. Our alligator clips are 1" long and are best for baby fine hair or to keep bangs out of the eyes. Our french clips come in a variety of sizes from 1/4" to 3". The small french clips are best for little girls and the large french clips are best for older girls. We can also attach most bows to a pony o. This is just a regular ponytail holder with no metal. Are you CPSIA compliant? TOP
We purchase all of our supplies from reputable dealers. If they can't provide us witha CPSIA certificate, we don't purchase from them. Do you accept returns? TOP
Absolutely! We believe you work hard for your money and you should get what you pay for! If you aren't happy, simply contact us at littlemissdivashop@gmail.com and let us know why. As long as the product is in the same condition as we mailed it out in we will gladly accept it as a return.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
At this time, we do not ship internationally. How long will it take my order to ship? TOP
All in stock items will ship next business day. Custom orders will ship within four to six business days. If any of the items you order are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Business days are Monday-Friday. Will you send an order confirmation? TOP
Yes, after you place your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Can I pick up my order to save money on shipping? TOP

I personally make each order, so you can ensure that each detail is perfect before your order is shipped. What do you recommend for my child's fine hair? TOP
If you ask, I can add a no slip clip to the clippie, free of charge. For french clips, I recommend a small size for fine hair. Can I get my daughter's picture on your website? TOP
